About the consultant
A practical approach, shaped by project delivery experience.
I'm Eric Thao, an independent consultant with around 15 years of experience in project delivery and digital transformation, including e-commerce and restaurant technology.
My approach focuses on understanding execution challenges, clarifying uncertainties, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams turn decisions into action.
I also bring knowledge of AI and Web3 to projects where these technologies can deliver practical value.
In parallel, I'm developing my own project execution intelligence tool, building on recurring patterns observed across projects to help make hidden dependencies, uncertainties, and decision points easier to identify and understand.
